It seems I have happened upon a conundrum in my blogging efforts: most of my time and efforts get spent on the Florida Student Philosophy Blog. This isn’t a bad thing at all, aside from the utter lack of reading material posted here.
This post will hardly be an exception I fear. I’ve just been paying special attention to the songs I listen to recently. Songs that I have heard so many times that the lyrics just kind of merge with the music and I forget to pay attention to song-writing. Anyhow, a few songs recently have really jumped out at me as worth extra attention. Song writing, to me, is an incredibly difficult art.
